About the role
The Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the sales team. Your primary objective will be to ensure the team meets its sales quotas and targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Skills and Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). • Proven experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. • Strong leadership and managerial skills. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Ability to analyze sales data and draw meaningful conclusions. • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Results-driven with a strategic mindset.
